These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the K-indicator iOS application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
K-indicator provides market prices, candlestick charts, technical indicators, cloud monitoring, signal history, and optional notifications. The Service is provided for general information and product functionality. It does not execute trades, open or manage brokerage accounts, custody assets, or provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable. Indicators and signals are generated from data and configured rules and may contain errors or fail to arrive. Notifications are best-effort alerts and are not guaranteed to be timely or delivered. You are solely responsible for evaluating information and for any decision or action you take. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a financial decision.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse notification delivery, interfere with the Service, probe or bypass security controls, submit malicious code, use unreasonable automated requests, or attempt to access another device’s data. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the Service, users, or providers.
The Service uses a device identity stored in the iOS Keychain. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and for promptly contacting us if you believe its access has been compromised. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
K-indicator and its original software, text, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party market data, libraries, and services remain subject to their respective rights and terms. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law or by written permission.
The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, K-indicator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the Service, unavailable notifications, inaccurate data, market movements, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, or legal requirements.
