K-indicator Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how K-indicator (“K-indicator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the K-indicator iOS application (the “App”). K-indicator provides market prices, charts, indicators, cloud monitoring, signal history, and optional push notifications.

Information we process

• Device identity and credentials. On first launch, the App creates a random device identifier and a separate random secret. They are stored in the iOS Keychain and used to authenticate this device and associate its monitors, signal history, notification preference, and service requests. The secret is not displayed in the App.
• Push notification data. If you allow notifications, Apple provides an APNs device token. The token is sent to our service so Apple Push Notification service can deliver alerts. You can withdraw notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
• Monitor and signal data. When you create or update a monitor, we process the selected symbol, interval, indicator, direction, enabled state, timestamps, and related signal results to run monitoring and display history.
• Market and technical data. Requests may include IP address, request time, device and operating-system metadata, response status, and error information. Hosting, network, and market-data providers may process this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Local preferences. Favorites, chart settings, theme, and tab selection are stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name or email address.

The App does not execute trades, connect to a brokerage account, custody funds, or collect payment information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate the device, provide market data, run monitors, deliver optional alerts, show signal history, protect the service from abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information and do not use the information described above for cross-app advertising tracking.

Service providers and international processing

We use Apple Push Notification service, Cloudflare and AWS hosting or network services, and market-data providers. These providers may process information in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Each provider is expected to protect information according to its applicable terms and security practices.

Retention and deletion

We retain device-linked service data while it is needed to provide the requested features, protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations. You can delete monitors in the App and disable notifications in the App or iOS Settings. To request deletion of device-linked service data, email yangyu199084@126.com and include the device identifier shown in Settings. We may request information needed to verify the request and will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

The App stores its device credentials in the iOS Keychain and sends service requests over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send passwords, private keys, or trading credentials to support.

Children

K-indicator is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the App, service, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version took effect. Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to yangyu199084@126.com.
